Trigger a Zapier or Make flow with invoices generated by POP
The scenario
A team already running orders, shipping, or customer support inside Zapier or Make wants every invoice or credit note POP generates to become the trigger for the next step: notifying accounting, archiving the document to Drive, updating a CRM record — without building a custom listener or touching the REST API directly.
How it fits together
The Webhook integration (available from the Basic plan) forwards every generated document — as JSON or XML — to the URL configured from the account panel. The JSON format arrives already flattened, built specifically for no-code platforms like Zapier and Make: no XML parsing required on the automation side. Multiple webhooks can be configured at the same time, each with its own URL and format — for example a JSON webhook to Zapier for notifications and an XML one to an archiving system, running in parallel.
To turn on the integration from the account panel and enable it on WordPress or Shopify, follow the Webhook guide.
Why it works
Teams that already invested in a no-code automation don’t need a separate system just for invoicing: the document POP generates enters the same flow already in use. And teams that also need the raw XML file (for FatturaPA-compliant archiving) get it from a second webhook, without having to pick one format for every use.
