German ZUGFeRD/Factur-X e-invoicing support arrives: a single call returns the PDF, the EN16931 XML, and the hybrid PDF ready for Germany’s mandatory e-invoicing shift. KSeF onboarding for Poland can now be completed straight from the wizard, and POP starts sending automatic emails at the key moments of the account journey, in the user’s own language.

German shops can now generate and deliver ZUGFeRD invoices directly from WooCommerce, automatically attached to the completed-order email. Polish shops can send KSeF invoices from the order screen, with automatic sending on status change.

A complete ZUGFeRD bundle is downloadable in one click from the Orders page for German shops, and Polish invoices can now be sent to KSeF automatically on payment, with status tracked in real time.

Polish e-invoicing support via KSeF debuts, together with a dedicated route to test API credentials before going live. A new sandbox environment also arrives for testing SDI, PEPPOL, KSeF and PDF generation without spending credits, with semantic KSeF tax variants, VAT-number-based EU customer validation, and clearer validation error messages.

Paid Memberships Pro refunds become more robust: invoices and credit notes are now separate documents with the correct SdI/PEPPOL actions, alongside provider-aware admin search and assets that stay up to date without reloading the plugin. For Poland, KSeF shops now generate and store XML on the dedicated route, with simpler handling of reverse charge and extra-EU exports. The SdI/PEPPOL panel also splits Live and Sandbox status into two separate sections, and Fatture in Cloud invoices now pick up updated VAT rates automatically.

Invoice calculation precision improves for multi-quantity orders, reducing PEPPOL and SdI rejections. A sandbox mode arrives for generating test documents without sending them for real, with a live/sandbox switch always visible on the Orders page, plus KSeF XML download for Polish invoices and credit notes. SdI and PEPPOL sending also becomes more reliable during brief connection hiccups with POP, and a new Settings panel lets you check status and company details without leaving the app.

POP API

Full OSS sales support lands for the European Union, with foreign VAT on invoices now handled automatically, and the overquota system becomes more hands-off with automatic payments and email notifications. Also fixed an overquota billing edge case on Paid Memberships Pro sites offering the same plan both monthly and yearly, where an extra charge could occasionally be attributed to the wrong plan variant.
