Invoicing Paid Member Subscriptions (Cozmoslabs) subscriptions with POP

Integrationswordpresspaid-member-subscriptions2026-07-17

Goal

Generate e-invoices for subscriptions sold through Paid Member Subscriptions (by Cozmoslabs), using POP as the invoicing engine instead of (or alongside) WooCommerce.

Don’t confuse it with Paid Memberships Pro: these are two different membership plugins with similar names but separate POP integrations.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Install and activate POP on the WordPress site.
  2. In Paid Member Subscriptions, check that the Tax & EU VAT module is active — if it isn’t, POP shows an explicit warning on forms and payment pages instead of the fiscal fields.
  3. Go to POP > Integrations and activate the Paid Member Subscriptions card. Like PMPro, it isn’t mutually exclusive with the other sending channels: you can keep it active alongside a regular WooCommerce store.
  4. Once active, POP adds the same billing fields used in WooCommerce (customer type, SdI/PEC code, tax code/VAT number) to subscription forms and account pages, and uses that data to generate the invoice for every recorded payment.

Verify

After a test payment on a subscription plan, check that POP generated the document with the billing data entered and with VAT correctly calculated.

Common errors

To activate a sending channel (required for POP to transmit the invoice to SdI or the chosen provider), see sdi-via-pop or fatture-in-cloud-connect.
