Where to find the changelog for the POP for Shopify app
Where to look
Unlike the WordPress plugin, the POP for Shopify app doesn’t currently have a public per-version changelog: the app’s listing on the Shopify App Store doesn’t publish release notes. There’s no self-service way to check what changed between versions — if you need to know whether a specific behavior was already fixed, or when a feature was introduced, open a support ticket with the installed version (see below).
How to know which version you have installed
The installed app version is visible on the app’s Settings screen, along with the status of the active integrations (SdI, PEPPOL, KSeF, Zoho).
When to contact support
- If you notice a behavior you suspect was already fixed in a more recent version.
- Before opening a ticket for a bug: include the installed version, it speeds up diagnosis.
- After an announcement of new features (e.g. a new transmission channel or newly supported currency), to understand whether it requires a change to your configuration.
